Windows XP Professional (32 bit or 64 bit editions) and Windows Vista Business, Enterprise or Ultimate (32 or 64 bit editions) will be required to install SolidWorks 2009. Home Editions of either Windows XP or Vista are not supported. SolidWorks 2009 is not available for the Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system.
