Bruce Telecom TURBO Dial-up can be installed on any of the following Windows operating systems. Windows 98 Windows 98SE Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me) Windows NT 4.0 Windows 2000 Windows XP Bruce Telecom Turbo requires at least Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0. It will function with either browser. Please note that the Turbo Email acceleration component requires Windows 98 and above, and that the Turbo Pop-up Blocker component requires Internet Explorer 5.0 and above. Newer versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer are available free of charge through Microsoft. Users with Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me) or Windows NT 4.0 installed may download the lastest Internet Explorer browser through Microsoft.
