What will the transactional fee be for filing the pre-notification to FDA?

There is a $25.00 transactional fee for filing the pre-notification to the FDA. This does not replace the current FDA Filing Fee. Our current FDA fee is entry and compliance related. The new regulation requires that we separately notify FDA of an impending shipment prior to arrival and is security related. The FDA Bioterrorism notification is a separate entity.
