The South Santa Fe Commerce Center will bring a new look to industrial development in the Highway 85 corridor south of C-470. Buildings will have a professional, modern look utilizing architectural concrete, site cast or other masonry materials similar to the new Hilltop development at SouthPark located at the NE corner of County Line & Santa Fe. The development will include attractive entry monumentation, berming and landscaping to preserve the mountain views and provide a visual buffer to the industrial areas. Internal landscaping within the development and regular street sweeping will be used to make the industrial use more aesthetically pleasing.
