WHAT WILL THE RECORDS CENTER PROVIDE TO HELP MANAGE RECORDS STORED OFF-SITE?
In addition to the pickup, storage, retrieval and confidential destruction of your inventory, the State Records Center provides many additional services, most at no additional charge. We can provide a variety of standard box and file inventory reports, in paper, PDF, text or Excel format. Custom reports can also be generated upon special request. Reports of approved RDA’s and approved General Records Schedules can be provided, upon special request. We can also provide additional reports on, departments, authorized users, inventory destruct/transfer eligibility and billing. Many of these reports are provided to agencies and all are used by the Records Center to maintain, manage and dispose of or transfer agency records. If you have an interest in expanding your off-site records management to the file level, there is the ability to do that as well.
