What will the receiver need to do in order to pickup the money?
Recipients may pick up the money transfer at any Pay-O-Matic or other authorized Western Union location. You will need to complete a “To Receive Money” form with the following information: name, address, amount expected, as well as the sender’s name, telephone number, and the city/state it is being sent from. Valid government issued identification with a photograph (such as a driver’s license) is needed.
