What will the R-Value be after the Window Medics process has been completed?
Generally speaking, the ‘R’ in a standard thermal pane is in a range of 3.2 to 4.3. A window that has water vapour in the interior air space (even if condensation has yet to appear) is full of wet air. Our process replaces the wet air with dry air. Dry air is a better insulator than wet air, which restores R- value close to that of a new unit.
