What will the Proactive Disclosure Service Prototype (PDS) enrollment confirmations look like?
The enrollment confirmation is a single response containing the Data Bank information on one or both Data Banks depending upon your entity’s registration preferences. Each report included within the enrollment confirmation will appear only once and will indicate (with a checked box) if the report is maintained under Title IV (National Practitioner Data Bank [NPDB]), Section 1921 (when approved and available), or Section 1128E (Healthcare Integrity and Protection Data Bank [HIPDB]) statutes.
