The measure requires parcel tax funds to be allocated to specific programs: K-3 class sizes of 25:1 Neighborhood schools Attracting and retaining excellent teachers Elementary music, media, PE and secondary fine arts Advanced Placement, secondary school choice programs, and ROTC Programs to close the achievement gap and restore a full 180-day school year High school athletics Counseling and student support services Technology Adult education Alameda students in Alameda charter schools
