What will the operating plan need to contain?
A – There is a standard template for the operating plan. A specimen form is included in this pack. The operating plan must contain: • a description of the activities to be carried out on the premises • a statement of times during which it is proposed alcohol be sold on the premises, including occasional extensions • details of whether the alcohol is to be sold for consumption on or off the premises, or both • information about the individual who is to be the Premises Manager, other information in relation to the premises and the activities to be carried out as set out in your application form • The operating plan must be specific to what you do on your premises.
