They will collect all licensing fees and royalties on your behalf (representing both the master and publishing copyrights) and once they have deducted their admin fees, they will pay you your share. They will register your track with PRS and/or any other relevant major collection society, once a sync use has been confirmed. They will also be responsible for negotiating licenses, providing in-house business affairs and creating further commercial opportunities.
