A – There is a requirement under the Act to provide a layout plan of your premises that will accompany your application for a premises licence. The content required in a layout plan is specified in the Premises Licence (Scotland) Regulations 2007 and a relevant extract from this is on page 36 of this information pack. You will wish to consider whether you will need professional support to complete the layout plan for your premises.
