What will the layout of the individual units be?
Each unit will be all on one level and will have elevator access for the condos on the second floor. Currently, we are developing floor plans for two types of units: a 3,750 SQFT plan with four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and dining room; a 2,000 SQFT plan with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. All of the second floor units have a loft, and pre-sales can determine how the loft space is finished. The floor plan section better illustrates these options.
