This e-Learning module will introduce you to the care management process and how this is applied in Hampshire Adult Services. This module looks at the way that the role of a care manager has developed, the process and changes which have been undertaken, and how the role may change in the future. The e-learning also explores how a care manager works, and the tasks they undertake.
