What will the induction process be like?
Your first few days, weeks and months in a new role are particularly critical. Your induction will be a two way process, it will aim to help you understand the organisation, it objectives, your role and our expectations. It is also an opportunity for you to meet your colleagues, start to build a network of contacts and friends and to help you to settle in as quickly as possible and become fully operational.
All our graduates attend a Graduate Orientation Event where you will get to meet each other and start your networking, and start to learn more about Siemens. In addition to that you will have a detailed induction in your place of work which will cover Health & Safety, IT equipment and – most importantly – what is expected from you.
