What will the homes cost?
We expect the homes to cost what an equivalent house would cost in the area. The common house cost will add to the price of the homes, but because some living spaces such as guest rooms are included in the common house, homes can be smaller thus less expensive. We are currently creating cost models for the project with Willamette Neighborhood Housing and expect to have more accurate cost projections soon.
