What will the filing fee be if I want to apply for a Life-Only Agent and Accident and Health Agent license at the same time?

The filing fee is $136 (effective July 1, 2010 this fee will be $128) when an applicant applies for both licenses at the same time (the full life agent license). Please note that the applicant must check both the Life-Only and the Accident and Health license types on the initial submission of the individual license application.
