There will be five different specialty exam tracks for the upcoming LEED AP+ credentialing program. You only need to pass one to earn your credential. • LEED AP+ Building Design and Construction exam (formerly called the LEED for New Construction exam) • LEED AP+ Interior Design and Construction exam (formerly called the LEED for Commercial Interiors exam) • LEED AP+ Operations and Maintenance exam (formerly called the LEED for Existing Buildings exam) • LEED AP+ Homes exam (this is a new exam track) • LEED AP+ Neighborhood Development exam (this is a new exam track) Please note that you will need to take and pass the LEED Green Associate exam prior to, or in conjuction with, a specialty exam in order to qualify for the LEED AP+ credential.
