What will the DH situation look like?
Provided that everyone is healthy, Vladimir Guerrero and Garret Anderson will likely get the bulk of the DH duties so they can remain healthier and fresher for a September run. Perhaps about 50 games for each of them, although neither has expressed any desire to leave the familiar surroundings of their corner outfield spots. While the team doesn’t have the one big DH basher like Travis Hafner, David Ortiz or Jim Thome, the Angels are hoping that a combo group can provide those 20-plus homers and 80-plus RBI from that spot.
