During Trading Hours: The orders will be removed from Trade Status and withheld fund or shares will be released to Usable Balance for Trading immediately. During Non-Trading Hours: Cancellation is not available after market closes at 4:00pm New York Time until system complete updating at 4:00am New York Time. Customers need to cancel the order after system resume.
