What will the atmosphere be like in New York if the Yankees lose the World Series?
Well, put it this way, the New York Stock Exchange was well up on Friday after our win on Thursday! We’ll be depressed, but what the heck – there’s always next year and we are a confident team. Of course, the “Boss”, George Steinbrenner will be upset, so the general manager – Brian Cashman – may be looking for a new job! Best game ever seen: Has to be the two games in the WS against the Diamondbacks when we scored in the very bottom of the ninth innings and took the game away from them – from the same closing pitcher as well. We lost the series but they were great games. Worst game ever seen: This Thursday, Pettite left the game early but ahead and they went on to lose – like I said earlier, I blame my husband for being there without us! Biggest disappointment: Without a doubt not making the Division Series last year. We’re used to being there and I was forced to choose new teams to support in the post-season play-offs – and they both lost! Best ever atmosphere: As above! The game this
