The REC will establish and maintain procedures for verification that ePrescribing and Quality Reporting has occurred for the practice. This documentation will include the name and version of the EHR system; date the provider entered into an agreement to use the EHR system; the date the provider went live with the system; data the provider used the system to ePrescribe; and date the provider used the system to generate a quality report.
