What will Phase II of the Programme seek to achieve?
The implementation of phase II of HSNP will be determined by the lessons learnt during the implementation of pilot phase. The Programme seeks to leverage support of the government of Kenya and development partners for Phase II in order to roll out both OVC and HSNP under a national social protection policy that will reach 1.5 million (about 5%) poorest and most vulnerable Kenyans.
