What will Northshore Town Center look like?
Northshore Town Center is designed to recreate the old-world charm of an urban downtown with brick, stone and ironwork used throughout. Other design features include v ertical towers, canopies, trellises, porches and rooftop decks and gardens. Visitors will find wide sidewalks and a variety of parks and other large open spaces to encourage enjoyment of the outdoors. Views overlook the town center’s five-acre natural lake and the Tennessee River .
