The eyes of the world will not be resting exclusively on the new president at the inauguration. The new first lady will be in the spotlight as well. The big question, what is she going to wear? Laura Bush has chosen a designer that she has worked with before for state inaugurations in Texas. And we’re going to go to New York now to talk about the selections of fashion with Bridget Foley from “Women’s Wear Daily.” Bridget, good morning. BRIDGET FOLEY, “WOMEN’S WEAR DAILY”: Good morning. KAGAN: Let’s get right to the good stuff, the gowns, the ball gowns. What is Ms. Bush going to be wearing? FOLEY: Mrs. Bush is wearing a dress by a designer called Michael Faircloth. He’s a designer who she has been working with for some time. It is red chantilly lace beaded with frosty crystals over silk georgette. KA
