What will Italy look like after the European Court orders all religious symbols removed from “public places”?
What would it look like? Truly even the ones who suggest everything would be peaceful and people should keep their religion to themselves are neglecting the basic need to communicate one’s values. If they answer a question here, they are answering their values. Their philosophy. And philosophy is just theology with out God or a god. So the anti-Christian, anti-Jew, anti-religion groups think they are doing everyone a favor so no one will be ‘offended.’ Well, they don’t care if they offend me with ‘old world paganism’ dressed up as ‘new age’ thought then redefined as ‘Secular Humanism.’ (Note: that’s what the world will look like, and it will be every bit as sexists and racist and bigoted towards religion and age as anything else we have seen in the past). I am not against anyone being Pagan, New Age or Agno-Atheistic, I may disagree, I will let them know where I stand if they are willing to discuss it, and if not, I will dust off my shoes and move on.
