Arthur Forster, Boynton Beach A; Boynton Beach’s quiet zone is on hold until the city decides whether it will keep the Ocean Avenue crossing open or build a new crossing about three-quarters of a mile south at Morton Way. The new crossing would serve a new development that would be at the end of Ocean Avenue east of the tracks.
