Most Exchange e-mail users will not notice any changes, however, Outlook Web App (OWA) users will notice several new improvements, including: • The Reading Pane can now be displayed at the bottom. To choose Reading Pane options, click View and then click Right, Bottom, or Off according to your preference. • Themes have been added. Themes allow you to choose the look of OWA. To select a theme click Options and under Select a Theme click on the Theme of your choice. • A Check Mark Feature has been added to more clearly indicate which message is selected. • The Font is now larger and easier to read. • Breadcrumbs have been added (on the top left) to display your current navigation path. • What terms do I need to know? • Outlook Web App (OWA) – Name for the Exchange web browser interface • Outlook – Full e-mail client from the Microsoft Office suite Exchange – Microsoft e-mail server software • ActiveSync – Application for connecting a mobile device to Exchange • Outlook Anywhere – Connect
