What will I need in order to complete the online Intent to Graduate Form?
The online process is simple. You’ll need your student ID and pin to log into the system. On the form, you’ll be asked to enter your name as you want it to appear on the diploma, and an address where the diploma will be mailed. IMPORTANT! PLEASE CHECK that the degree information, including the option code(s) are correct. (Click here for a list of degree option codes.)
