What will housing at The Oaks cost?
The cost of housing at The Oaks will be set during the Board of Trustees meeting in March. The Oaks will have an 11.5 month lease period, where all utilities will be covered, and basic furniture will be provided. Only ten (August to May) months for the first year though. The rates for The Oaks will likely be near or above the rates of Danieley Center O and P. The cost of the 4-person apartments will be less than the 2-person apartments. View 05-06 Rates.
