It has been our experience that knee pain is associated with both tight hamstrings and hips. In order to loosen up the hips, please work on stretching out the abductors and adductors of the leg. Also, the central hamstring as well as it’s balancing muscle group, hip flexor. Finally, the lateral hamstring and it’s balancing muscle group, iliacus and adductors (groin area).
