Our service dropped when TalkTalk took over AOL UK. So I would expect your service to get worse too. I moved to BT and now have a perfect and cheaper service.

Change immediately to someone else! Tiscali is rubbish, and (as you stated) don’t care about their customers, and offer them a terrible service, with expensive “tech support” I tried em a year ago, and have gone back to original (BT) Once they got u they don’t wanna let you go either!
