Once you have reached the online checkout and input your card details you’ll be presented with a separate window in which you’ll see the HSBC Bank and MasterCard SecureCode logos, details of the transaction, your Personal Greeting and a SecureCode request box. If you want to proceed with the transaction simply input your SecureCode and click ‘Submit’.
