1- Arms all 5 fire extinguisher. 2- Arms the selected compartment valve. 3- Shuts down cargo heat. 4- Shuts down lavatory/galley vent fan. 5- Shuts down bulk cargo ventilation sys (aft cargo fire only). 6- Activates lower crew rest evacuation sys (aft cargo fire only). 7- Put equipment cooling sys into OVRD mode (fwd cargo fire only). 8- Turns off both lower recirculation fans. 9- Commands the packs for minimum air flow for pressurization.
