What will happen to Washington and Lincoln Elementary Buildings?
It is anticipated that in August of 2006 grades K-2 will move from Washington and grade 3 from Lincoln into the new building. At that time Washington will become available for other uses in the community. Grades 4 and 5 will remain in Lincoln until December 2006, then Lincoln will be available for other uses. There have been discussions in the past that Washington Elementary be made available to Dakota State University as a classroom building. No commitments have been made in this regard at this time.
