What will happen to the things — trees, art, plantings, benches — that make Winslow Way special?
The streetscape team is committed to preserving the places and things that make Winslow Way a special place. Throughout the design process, the team will identify how to best preserve the physical and communal aspects of the street. At the same time, they will determine how to enhance the experience with new elements that will keep the street feeling “alive” for the next generation. The City is also coordinating efforts with the Public Arts Committee to determine how and where public art should be integrated into the design.
