What will happen to the Oakland police who shot the unarmed man?

Nothing will happen to the Oakland police officer, especially since 3 officers died and a few others wounded last week. The police officer will simply just get a leave of absence and he’ll be back. Given all the recent shootings lately, I’m sure the police guard is up for everyone. Sources: http://thebulletin.us/articles/2009/03/24/news/nation/doc49c8ddc398b4a220998768.

The policeman who shot the unarmed man will probably never stand trial on account of his police immunity. Most likely, the man will be forcibly resigned, stripped of his title and have all of his benefits removed including pay. What should happen is that the man face trial for first degree murder, be found guilty and be given the death penalty.
