What will happen to the man who perfomed the unitarian church shooting in Knoxville, TN?
I don’t know what will happen to that man. He is planning an insanity plea. I don’t think the odds are in his favor of being found not guilty by reason of insanity because so far there has never been a case in which a contested insanity plea won in the state of Tennessee. I would be very unhappy if this were to be the first time. Even if he does make history by being the first person to win a contested insanity plea, he would still have to stand trial for Linda Kraeger’s murder. Right now, he’s only being charged with one murder. This way, if he gets off too easy on that, he will be tried for Linda Lee’s murder. I want justice and so does everyone I know. I have faith we will get it.
