The garage on lot 2 was spared in the burn and demolition of the house that previously stood on lot 3. The garage will remain until construction of the new home on lot 3 is complete. Will lot 2 be available for sale? Lot 2 is owned by Greg and Ruth Bittner and is not presently for sale. Lot 2 might be available for purchase upon completion of the Bittners’ new home on lot 3.
