For the evaluability assessment, RWJF will choose up to ten organizations. That does not necessarily mean that ten will be selected. All organizations selected for the evaluability assessment will receive a $5,000 stipend for their collaboration. Out of the organizations participating in the evaluability assessment, a process that will help you develop a clear understanding of your project goals and objectives, and the way you can demonstrate progress or success, RWJF will select up to eight for the full evaluation. So, if there are ten organizations for the evaluability assessment and eight for the evaluation and capacity building phase, unfortunately two organizations would not get the benefits of the continued evaluation and capacity building activities. However, RWJF and LTG Associates would certainly like to keep those organizations informed of the program as part of the dissemination efforts.
