What will happen to the Application fees if I apply under ballot pool for Marathon/ Half Marathon race category and my application is not unsuccessful?

Application fees paid against unsuccessful applications placed under the ballot pool will be refunded on or before 31st October 2010. An amount of Rs. 30 will be deducted as processing charges.
