What will happen to PowerSellers who don’t meet the new eligibility requirements?
PowerSellers who don’t meet the new eligibility requirements, including the new minimum performance standard, lose their Powerseller status and associated benefits. Sellers who no longer qualify for the programme in after the April evaluation should check their Seller Dashboard regularly to keep track of their performance. There they can find detailed information about their current performance including a daily updated snapshot of their low star ratings by each detailed rating area By improving their seller performance, sellers may rejoin the programme when they meet the eligibility requirements.
