Effective September 22, 2009, if you have an active listing that includes Border, Highlight, Featured Plus, Pro Pack or Featured First, the feature will be removed from your listing automatically. If you are an US Top-rated seller statusand list on eBay.com and eBay Motors With Featured First, Featured First will remain on your listings. (Featured First will be available only on eBay.com and eBay Motors and only to Top-rated sellers effective September 22, 2009.
