What will happen to employees in provincial tax administration under harmonization?
New Brunswick is confident that its employees will not be adversely affected by harmonization. In accepting the transfer of the sales tax work from the provinces, the federal government has also agreed to accept up to 70 employees from each province. Wage and benefit packages would be available for any employee who is transferred.
