The goal is to keep the Warehouse Arts District intact and develop a district that artists can work and live in. The City of Tucson is working with the Arizona Department of Transportation in finding an alternative to the eviction of lease holders in ADOT-owned warehouses in the Warehouse Arts District. This is an ongoing negotiation and this answer will be updated as more information is provided.
