The applications can continue to be filed under the current Traditional or RIR Labor Certification regulations. Pending applications which are not withdrawn after PERM’s effective date will continue to be processed under the current rules in backlog reduction centers in Philadelphia and Dallas. Processing times for these applications should continue to be posted on the DOL website.
