What will happen to AIG? Will AIG sue the USA government?
The American People currently own a controlling share of AIG. They wont “SUE” the government over the bonuses. What may occur is the following: IS the issue of retroactive taxes and passing a law to focus on a bonus already paid Unconstitutional? A very good chance exists this will end up before the supreme court. Keep in mind the fight is a constitutional fight.. Its not really about the cash.
