What will happen regarding school uniforms?
Amalgamating / new schools will be able to decide themselves if and when they want to introduce a new uniform. Where a child is transferring, there is no requirement from the receiving school to change uniform immediately. The LA expects the schools to be sensitive to this issue. There may be many children in the schools wearing the old uniform.
