What will happen on Tioman Island?
Tioman is a beautiful island of 44 square miles, located east of the Malaysian peninsula & just north of the equator. It is approx 23 miles long by 7.5 miles wide & is mainly covered by tropical rain forests. There are very few roads on the island & small strips of the coastline have been developed for tourist purposes. The quality & variety of marine life & corals here is outstanding. Turtles are a regular sighting whilst out diving. We will fly to Tioman Island so all the travelling will be completed in one day. Students can get a good night’s sleep & be ready for the start of their courses on Sunday morning. Details of travel times etc, when confirmed, will be available on the Important dates page.
