What will happen ifi only eat a small portion of dinner a day and nothing else?
you may think that would be good for things like losing weight but it will make you gain weight because it slows your metabolism which is what makes your body burn the calories you eat and if thats slow, instead of taking an hour of walking to burn off 100 calories, it could take up to 3 hours of walking to burn those calories. Of course that is just an example but it is very close to a normal situation in which people eat very little. So, if you are eating very little every day, then plan to gain weight little by little or exercise ALOT! No offense.
